Site work, paving and new construction of a mixed-use development in Charlotte, North Carolina. Completed plans call for the construction of a 16,000-square-foot, one-story above grade municipal facility; for site work for a municipal facility; sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.

Plans call for the new construction of a municipal building for the CIty of Charlotte. The facility for the Northwest Division will be one-story and approximately 16,000 square feet in size. The facility will include shallow conventional footings, concrete slabs-on- grade, and structural steel and masonry framing. Other site construction includes sign monuments, canopies, a dumpster pad with similar construction to the building, and a one-acre solar array will be constructed on the east side of the site. Site work for the project will consist of underground utilities and stormwater pond, mass grading, and pavement improvements. As of October 11th, a general contractor has been identified.
