Demolition and buildout of 2,952 square feet on the ground level of an existing 2-story building for a regional food distribution center and front entry accessibility and office renovations of 1,132 square feet on the upper level. Modifications include: a loading dock; food storage and food distribution areas with shelving, refrigerators and freezers; storage room; four offices and lobby areas; a kitchenette; ADA upgrades to restrooms; addition of three exterior parking spaces and an ADA ramp; and modifications for a lift and ADA access at the front entry. Building elements include electrical, lighting, HVAC, fire sprinkler system, fire/smoke detectors and alarms, interior walls, ceilings, and flooring and limited areas of roofing.
