The Fort Mill School District (FMSD) is accepting Bids for Single Prime Contractor to provide comprehensive services as described, but not limited to, the scope outlined within the Construction Documents. The project is located at Fort Mill High School (215 Hwy. 21 Bypass, Fort Mill, SC 29715). Scope shall include demo and construction of new Athletic Competition Arena and all indicated site improvements within the contract documents. The project will be bid single prime and will include all sitework activities for the development of an approximate 3 acre site, the construction of a two (2) level, approximate 50,000 square foot facility consisting of structure that is part load bearing masonry and part is structural steel frame.
