Site work, paving and renovation of a mixed-use development in Pittsfield, Massachusetts. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; and for the renovation of a library.
Library HVAC, Roof Replacement and ADA upgrades. The project will replace and waterproof the existing roof, install an HVAC system and electrical components, and reconfigure existing restrooms to meet ADA requirements. Contractor Qualification DCAMM Certificate Required for DCAMM contracts over $150,000, Highway Division contracts over $50,000. The Project consists of but not limited to: The scope of work for this project will include; Replacement of the existing roof with a new 80 mm PVC membrane that will be "solar-ready", including code compliant insulation, new roof drains, and replacement of an existing skylight. The building's existing HVAC system will also be replaced with a Variable Refrigerant Flow (VRF) system that will provide both air conditioning and heating to the entire building. Two existing restrooms will also be reconfigured to meet accessibility requirements. Waterproofing of a Terrace and replacement with new pavers and benches. Selected interior partitions and finishes to accommodate HVAC systems. Abatement scope. All as detailed in the IFB.
