The successful Bidder for this Project shall be required to furnish a Performance Bond and Payment Bond, satisfactory to the Owner, each in the amount of 100 % of the Contract Price. The Project will be awarded by base bid on a lump sum basis for the performance and completion of all Work required by the Contract Documents.
