The Biological Water Treatment System will be designed to treat and recycle vehicle and equipment wash-water originating from a pressure washer, steam cleaner, hose or similar cleaning device. The water treatment system will be a self-contained on a 12' x 6' x 4'14-gauge 304L Stainless-steel skid. The water treatment system will be no higher than 4'. The water treatment system will use fixed-film microbes to treat the wastewater. The water treatment system will have the capacity of processing up to 25 gallons per minute. The Biological Water Treatment System will have (3) treated water outlets. The water treatment system will be complete with water level control floats and a CSA Listed control panel. All the equipment in this section shall be supplied by a single supplier as a packaged system. Removal and Installation for New Mounted Biological Wash Water System The Department of Equipment Services intends to purchase a Wash Water Recycling System and a Hot Water Electric Pressure Washer. The county will award the vendor who meets the minimum qualifications. The removal of the old unit needs to be included in the quote submitted with the bid. Award is made at the sole discretion of the solicitation issuing Department. Maricopa County reserves the right to award in full or in part to a single vendor or multiple vendors.
