Scope of Services Under this schedule, the Contractor must furnish liquid Ferrous Chloride 30% on an as needed basis. The chemical will be used for Hydrogen Sulfide control for the wastewater treatment process. Project Duration On-going up to 5 year Contract) Bidders will include a bid for delivering approximately 4,500 gallon tanker loads of 30% Ferrous Chloride to be offloaded into 6,000 and 5,000 gallon bulk storage tanks (vertical cylinders). Transferring the chemicals from the tanker to storage tanks will be the responsibility of the vendor. Prices quoted shall be based on delivery, including freight, to the El Estero Water Resource Center, 520 E. Yanonali Street, Santa Barbara, CA 93103. The term will be for the remainder of fiscal year 2025, ending June 30, 2025. If price, quality and service continue to be favorable to the City and upon mutual agreement by the City and the successful bidder, the agreement may be renewed for an additional four (4) one-year terms. The maximum term shall not exceed 5 years from the date of award.
