Federal Aid Survey Services Contract This is a solicitation for Consultants to submit their Qualification Statements for land survey services. The selected Consultant(s) will enter into a one year, or until project completion, contract with Okanogan County Public Works which will include work on Federal Aid projects. The County of Okanogan in accordance with section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act (Section 504) and the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), commits to nondiscrimination on the basis of disability, in all of its programs and activities. The County of Okanogan in accordance with Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, 78 Stat. 252, 42 U.S.C. 2000d to 2000d-4 and Title 49, Code of Federal Regulations, Department of Transportation, subtitle A, Office of the Secretary, Part 21, Nondiscrimination in Federally-assisted programs of the Department of Transportation issued pursuant to such Act, hereby notifies all bidders that it will affirmatively ensure that in any contract entered into pursuant to this advertisement, disadvantaged business enterprises as defined at 49 CFR Part 26 will be afforded full opportunity to submit bids in response to this invitation and will not be discriminated against on the grounds of race, color, national origin, or sex, in consideration for an award. The Consultant(s) selected for the below stated Federal Aid projects shall be responsible for land survey work that may be required by the County over the duration of the contract(s) term. Work may include, but is not limited to, the following: o Topo Survey and Mapping o Boundary and Right of way o Record of Survey o Construction Staking o Stockpile Measurements This is a solicitation for Consultants to submit Statements of Qualifications which will include work on the following Federal Aid projects: o OCRP 9155-22 Old 97, Ophir Grade Land Survey Services for these projects are estimated to begin between January 1, 2025 and December 31, 2027 and may extend beyond this estimated date range. The County of Okanogan may select one or multiple consultants for each individual project listed. The County of Okanogan reserves the right to retain the services of the successful firm(s) for any subsequent phases (R/W, CN) associated with these projects. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
