Demolition and site work for a fire / police facility in Okanogan, Washington. Completed plans call for the demolition of a fire / police facility; and for site work for a fire / police facility.
Demolition and removal of the existing structures and identified site improvement at 269 N Railroad Avenue in the city of Okanogan. Scope of Work: Demolish and remove from the site existing improvements within the limits of disturbance as shown in the demo site plan and as listed below: - Vegetation: shrubs, bushes, trees and roots - Concrete walls, bollards, and pedestals - (3) Building structures, not including the interior slabs and building foundations. Two of the buildings are of masonry with metal and wood construction. One building is an old barn building of wood framing and siding with metal roof. - (3) Oil tanks with supports. There is residual oil inside the tanks. - Debris, tires and miscellaneous barrels - Asbestos Abatement and other Hazardous material preparation for removal. Building Demolition and Removal for the Okanogan County Sheriff Storage and Coroner Facility The Award of This Contract, if Made, Will Be to the Lowest Responsible Bidder Meeting the Specifications of the Bid. This Contract Provides for the Demolition of Select Structures and Cleanup of 269 Railroad Ave Okanogan, WA . Okanogan County Reserves the Right to Reject Any and All Bids.
