Reference Number 0000363935 The City of Auburn Hills is seeking responses from qualified vendors to provide audio/video equipment, installation, training, support and maintenance for an upgrade of the City of Auburn Hills City Council Chambers and attached audio/visual room. This equipment will be used for meetings and presentations held in the City Council Chambers. Below is the scope of work for the project. oReplacement of the existing projector with a WUXGA Laser Projector with Long-Throw Lens oReplacement of the projection screen with a 16:10 format screen (80"x120") oReplacement of the Dias location VGA monitors (5) with 24" ViewSonic HDMI monitors oReplacement of the Projector and Dias monitor distribution system (upgrade from VGA to HDMI) oUpgrade the Presentation Switcher from VGA to HDMI oUpgrade the legacy PC inputs (5) from VGA to HMDI oReplace the PC input distribution system (upgrade from VGA to HDMI) oAll new equipment must be able to interact with the City's existing TriCaster and HyperCaster devices.
