The plan sheet in the bid packet lists specific requirements to perform the work including but not limited to spraying, screening, traffic control and capturing, removing and properly disposing of all removed paints and other debris. The concrete surface coatings includes but is not limited to furnishing and applying an acrylic based concrete surface caoting to concrete structures including median barriers, sound walls, screen walls, retaining walls, fascias, piers and substructure locations as specified on the plans.
