The Board will not consider or accept a bid received after the date and time specified for bid submission. A bid tabulation summary will be available. This project consists of replacing network switches, wireless access points, and uninterruptible power supplies (UPS) units District-wide. New equipment shall be provided, configured and installed with all accessories, modules, cables and licensing required to meet or exceed performance requirement The Bid must be accompanied by a sworn and notarized Familial Relationship Disclosure Statement. The Board of Education will not accept a Bid that does not include this sworn and notarized disclosure statement. All Bids must include an Iran Sanctions Affidavit of Compliance. State of Michigan prevailing wages are required on this project. Each bid shall be accompanied by a certified check, cashier's check, money order or bid bond made payable to Avondale School District in an amount not less than five percent (5%) of the Base Bid as a proposal guarantee. Bid Bond shall be provided by a company licensed to do business in the State of Michigan. Successful bidders whose proposals are $50,000 or more will be required to furnish a Satisfactory Performance and Payment Bond in the amount of 100% of their bid. The cost of the Bond shall be included in each proposal. The Board of Education reserves the right to reject any and/or all bids in whole or in part and to waive any information therein. The Board of Education reserves the right to accept that bid which in its opinion, is in the best interest of the Owner.
