Scope of Work: Deliverables are defined in the Appendix D of attached Office of Mental Health (OMH) contract boilerplate. The NYS Office of Mental Health (OMH) and Central New York Psychiatric Center (CNYPC) are seeking to procure, through an Invitation for Bid (IFB), a Contractor to provide Preventive Maintenance for Switchgear and Ancillary Equipment for CNYPC, located at 9005 Old River Road, Marcy, NY 13403. Please check the Contract Reporter website frequently for updates. Any documentation regarding this procurement will be posted. New York State Department of Labor Prevailing Wage Rates apply to this contract. "Pursuant to the New York State Finance Law Sections 139-j and 139-k, the Procurement Lobbying Act applies to this solicitation. Only the designated, sole point of contact listed below should be contacted during the restricted period of communication. The restricted period began with the publication of this ad and will end with the formal approval by OSC of the contractual agreement" The Scope of Work with preventative maintenance tasks, equipment list, schedule matrix, etc. is detailed in Appendix D of the attached contract boilerplate. Interested vendors should review the contract boilerplate and IFB document for further information. Included with these documents is a Bid Quote Sheet in Excel format that should be used to submit your bid. Contract term: Five years Location: 9005 Old River Road, Marcy, NY 13403. The contract will be awarded to the responsible and responsive Bidder offering the lowest total bid amount and who also meets all minimum mandatory requirements, as defined in Section 9 below. OMH reserves the right to evaluate and/or reject all bids, in whole or in part, and to waive or modify technicalities, irregularities, and omissions, or solicit new bids if, in the agency's sole judgment, the best interest of the State will be served. Following contractor selections and prior to signing a contract, OMH reserves the right to further negotiate cost or other specifics. Site walk notes. At the first stop sign, turn left. Building 5-Westover is located on your right hand side, in between two fence lines. Parking is available in the front of Building 5. No one will be admitted to the site visit after the time cited above.
