Site work and paving for a sidewalk / parking lot in Atkinson, New Hampshire. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.
The Town of Atkinson, NH is requesting proposals from qualified contractors to replace a 5'-6' x 40' front entry ramp and replace a 4' x 80' dock/deck located along the pond at the rear of the Atkinson Community Center. The Atkinson Community Center is located at 4 Main Street, Atkinson, NH 03811. The qualified contractor must meet the insurance requirements for the Town of Atkinson and submit proof of insurance for worker's compensation and general liability coverage. The Town of Atkinson must also be listed as additionally insured. For additional project information, please contact the Maintenance Supervisor at 603-234-0721, or by email at building@atkinson-nh.gov. The Town of Atkinson reserves the right to reject any and all proposals, to waive technical specifications or deficiencies, and to accept any proposal that it may deem to be in the best interest of the Town. All bidders are required to meet on site with the Maintenance Supervisor prior to submitting proposals and price the two jobs separately, as the Town of Atkinson reserves the right to award the jobs separately
