Bids Are Invited Upon the Several Items and Quantities of Work as Follows: Project Includes: Includes the Rehabilitation of Two (2) Sand Filter Beds at the City's Wastewater Treatment Plant Including the Removal, Disposal, and Replacement of Filter Sand Media. All Bids Must Be Submitted to City Hall, at the Address Above. Bidders Must Submit With His or Her Bid ''Certification of Bidder Regarding Equal Employment Opportunity'' and the "Non-collusion Affidavit of Prime Bidder''. A Bid Bond is Required for This Project. Each Bidder, Including Subcontractors and Lower-tier Subcontractors, Must Ensure That All Employees and Applicants for Employment Are Not Discriminated Against Because of Race, Color, Sex or National Origin. Bids May Be Held by the City for a Period Not to Exceed Thirty (30) Days From the Date of the Opening of Bids for the Purpose of Reviewing the Bids and Investigating the Qualification of Bidders, Prior to Awarding of the Contract. The City Reserves the Right to Reject Any and All Bids or to Waive Any Informalities in the Bidding. The City of El Paso is an Equal Opportunity Employer. Document Set Will Be Mailed Using Standard Priority Mail Thru the United Stated Post Office. Optional Fedex or Ups Delivery Will Also Be Available for an Additional Charge of $30.00.
