Any bids submitted after the above time will be returned, unopened, Bids are invited upon the several items and quantities of work as follows: PROJECT INCLUDES: Includes the rehabilitation of a 250,000-gallon elevated water storage tank. Including interior wet surface rehabilitation, interior dry surface rehabilitation, exterior sur-face rehabilitation and associated work. All Bids must be submitted to City Hall, at the address above. Bidders must submit with his or her bid "Certification of Bidder Regarding Equal Employment Opportunity" and the "Non-collusion Affidavit of Prime Bidder". A Bid Bond is required for this project. Each bidder, including sub-contractors and lower-tier subcontractors, must ensure that all employees and applicants for employment are not discriminated against because of race, color, sex or national origin. Bids may be held by the City for a period not to exceed thirty (30) days from the date of the opening of Bids for the purpose of reviewing the Bids and investigating the qualification of Bidders, prior to awarding of the Contract.
