A. Work of the Project includes 1. Construction of the new Meadows Road Pump Station and demolition of the existing Creekside Interim Pump Station. 2. Installation of gravity and pressure sewer facilities and other essential utilities in roadways, site, and other areas, restoration of all roadways, driveways, grass surfaces, structures, and facilities damaged or disturbed in the execution of the Work of the Contract. 3. Recording locations of all underground facilities installed or encountered and remaining, and providing record drawings of the installed Work. B. Perform Work under unit price contract with Owner in accordance with Conditions of Contract. C. Work of the Contract is further identified on the Drawings. The Meadows Road Pump Station project involves construction of a new 175 GPM suction-lift wastewater pump station, with construction of 510 ft +/- of 8-inch PVC gravity sewer, three gravity sewer laterals, and 195 ft +/- of 6-inch PVC sewer force main. The project also includes decommissioning, demolition, and site restoration of an existing wastewater pumping facility with three underground holding tanks and a duplex submersible pump system. Since the electrical service panels, generator, controls, heating, lighting, and plumbing facilities will be pre-installed within the building, there will only be a GENERAL Construction Contract awarded.
