Site work and paving for a sidewalk / parking lot in Bethlehem, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.
The project consists for Nor-Bath Trail Project Phase 1. East Allen Township, Northampton County, PA. There will not be a pre-bid meeting for this project. A security deposit, in the amount of not less than ten (10%) percent of the base bid amount is required at the time of submission of bids. A Performance Bond, in the amount of one hundred (100%) percent of the total amount of the award shall be submitted to the Div. of Procurement to guarantee the faithful performance of the Contract in accordance with the plans, specifications, and conditions of the Contract. A Payment Bond, in the amount of one hundred (100%) percent of the total amount of the award shall be submitted to the Div. of Procurement to guarantee the payment of all labor, materials, rental costs, etc in the prosecution of the Contract and shall be conditioned for the prompt payment of all such materials furnished or labor supplied or performed in the prosecution of the Contract. A Maintenance Bond, in the amount of fifteen (15%) percent of the total amount of the award shall be submitted to the Div. of Procurement to guarantee against defective workmanship and materials for a period of one (1) years from the date of substantial completion.
