S Complete Streets Plan/Bike Infrastructure Feasibility Study Consulting Design and Engineering Services The City of Bethlehem, Pennsylvania is seeking to retain the services of a qualified and experienced design and engineering consultant to create a Complete Streets Plan, and associated Bike Infrastructure Feasibility Study. Funding is available through the Safe Streets and Roads for All (SS4A) Planning Program through the Federal Highway Administration (FHWA). This effort would include the following deliverables: Phase 1: Complete Streets Plan citywide, including all street classifications. Phase 2: Bike Infrastructure Feasibility Study citywide, including our network of on and off-road trails. The goal of these plans is to provide safe, convenient travel and access for users of all ages and abilities, regardless of their mode of transportation.
