The purpose of this Invitation for Bid (IFB) is to solicit bids from Contractors to remodel the Training Center for the Draper City Police Department. This is an unfinished area in the department that will have minor demolition requirements. All details from the architect will be found in the attachments. Nonresidential building construction services including commercial and office building new construction services and construction services and renovation and repair services Solicit bids from contractors to remodel a portion of the Police Department to create a training room. Questions Close: 10/11/2024 3:00 P.M. MT Any questions regarding any part of this IFB must be directed to the U3P ,where questions and answers will be posted so all bidders are aware of the information. The deadline for questions is October 11, 3 p.m. MST. All information and documents must be fully entered, uploaded, acknowledged (confirmed), and recorded into U3P before the closing time or the system will stop the process and the response will be considered late and will not be accepted. Please be aware that entering information and uploading documents into U3P may take considerable time. Please allow sufficient time to complete the online forms and upload documents. Bidders should not wait until the last minute to submit a response. It is recommended that Bidder submit responses a minimum of 24 hours prior to the closing deadline. Responses submitted in U3P are completely secure. No one (including the Purchasing Agent) can see responses until after the deadline. The City reserves the right to reject all or any part of any bid, waive informalities, and award the contract to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder to best serve the interest of the City. Informality shall mean a minor defect or variation of a bid from the exact requirements of the Invitation to Bid which does not affect the price, quality, quantity, or delivery schedule for the goods, services, or construction being procured
