Demolition, site work, paving and new construction of a mixed-use development in Draper, Utah. Completed plans call for the demolition of a bridge / tunnel; for the construction of a bridge / tunnel; for site work for a bridge / tunnel; for paving for a bridge / tunnel; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.
The scope of this project will be to provide all the labor, materials, tools and equipment necessary to remove, dispose, and replace concrete culvert approximately 144 feet in length with an inside dimension of 5.5' by 22'. Work will also include removing and replacing curb gutter, sidewalk and asphalt affected by the reconstruction of the culvert at approximately 13050 South on Lone Peak Parkway as described in the project plans and specifications. Preliminary bid results will be located within the Q&A section of the said project online. Question Deadline 10/31/2024 at 5:00 PM MT Questions concerning the scope of work, response submittal, or process should be directed to us electronically. A 5% Bid Bond will be required. The City is not responsible for expenses incurred prior to award by the City Council. Draper City reserves the right to reject any and all responses and to waive any irregularities, informalities, or technicalities deemed in the best interest of the City.
