Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Draper, Utah. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
The scope of this project will be to provide all the labor, materials, tools and equipment necessary to complete improvements to detention basin #174 off of Suncrest Drive as described in the project plans and specifications. This includes clearing and grubbing additional area for the basin improvements, installation of a riprap grouted collection area, a flared end section, waterway, a new detention control structure, a new 24-in RCP storm drain pipe, and modifications to the existing storm drain manholes. A 5% Bid Bond will be required. Question Deadline 11/18/2024 at 2:00 PM MT Questions concerning the scope of work, response submittal, or process should be directed to us electronically. The City is not responsible for expenses incurred prior to award by the City Council. Draper City reserves the right to reject any and all responses and to waive any irregularities, informalities, or technicalities deemed in the best interest of the City.
