The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to enter into contract with a qualified Landscaping (Contractor) to provide Landscaping and Ground services to Summit Academy Inc. This RFP is to provide interested firms with sufficient basic information to submit proposals/quotes but is not intended to limit a proposals content or exclude any relevant or essential data. Offers are at liberty and are encouraged to expand upon the specifications to evidence service capability under any agreement. Between the 4 campuses, we currently serve 2,600 students with over 400 staff both part time and full time. There is an option for (2) additional extension years through December 31, 2027. Both parties must agree to these years by January 1, 2026.
