Work Includes - below lists such items possibly required by varying scope and impact of repair and stabilization work: 1. Protection of existing turf grass and irrigation at construction access points. 2. Providing and installing manufactured topsoil. 3. Providing and installing organic compost. 4. Providing and installing organic fertilizer. 5. Initial removal of weeds on site. 6. Pegging sod with mesh netting over bank stabilization turf matting material. 7. Tilling of compacted site soils. 8. Soil preparation and tilling topsoil, compost. and fertilizer into existing impacted subbase soils. 9. Hand or deep-tine aerifier mixing organic compost into existing soils where construction impact has compacted the existing subbase topsoil. 10. Fine grading and removal of debris. 11. Germinating weeds for second eradication prior to sodding. 12. Hand removal or raking away of dead weeds. 13. Sodding of grass as designated on landscape plans. 14. Providing temporary irrigation where none exists or modifying existing irrigation for coverage. 15.
