Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Bastrop, Texas. Completed plans call for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; and religious / funeral development.
Site grading, flatwork to include concrete and paving improvements, masonry, turf establishment and general planting improvements. The City of Bastrop reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids and to waive any informality in any bids should it consider same to be in its best interest. Bids may not be withdrawn for the period of 60 days after date of receiving bids. All bids will be evaluated on cost, experience of the contractor and the substantial and final completion times. The selected bidder will not necessarily be the low bidder. The selected bidder will be the one that provides the best value to the City at the discretion of the City and Project Team.
