Concrete work includes two containment areas and a concrete driveway. PVC drains & valves will be installed at a designated corner of the structures for containment of liquids and draining if needed. Supplies & equipment may be staged onsite by the structure for the entirety of the project. All work is to be performed during normal operating hours of the Perdido Landfill which are Monday through Friday 0700 (7am) - 1700 (5pm) & Saturday 0700 (7am) - 1530 (330pm). During these hours the contractor will have access to the facility and may enter the premises through the back gate. The contractor is required to furnish all materials (including fill), equipment, and labor to complete the work in its entirety. This is a concrete project that includes two connected containment areas, attached drive from building to containment, and a ramp from attached drive into the containment area for forklifts. This is in part a replica of an existing structure on site but being constructed at a new location. Contractor may use existing structure for reference or to pull measurements from if needed. note wall height of new containment areas will be half of the existing structure wall height shown on plan page attached for bolt reference.
