Calvert Drive Stormwater Project Boone County Goal is 4% The Calvert Drive Stormwater Project will consist of constructing stormwater infrastructure improvements on Vandiver Drive and Sylvan Lane, installing a regional detention basin and relocating sanitary sewer. The purpose of the project is to expand inlet and pipe capacity to reduce flooding on Vandiver Drive. The regional detention basin will provide water quality and flood control within the Hinkson Creek drainage basin. PERIOD OF SERVICE: Contractor hereby agrees to complete the work in the base bid described no later than three hundred (300) calendar days from the Notice to Proceed. Contractor shall agree to allow a deduction of one thousand dollars ($1,000.00) per calendar day, from final payment as liquidated damages for each day that completion is delayed beyond said completion date established.
