Site work, paving and new construction of a civil project in Licking, Missouri. Completed plans call for the construction of a water / sewer project; for site work for a water / sewer project; road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.

These contracts consists of installing approximately 5,400 LF of 8"0 and 17,845 LF of 6"0 water mains with SDR-21 PVC or Polyethylene Plastic DR-11 piping, with 66 gate valves, 46 fire hydrants, 62 water line connections, 223 service lateral connections, 9 state highway bores, and 15,610 LF of asphalt street (2 ft. wide) pavement. Construct one (1) new 150,000-gallon elevated water tower, dismantle and dispose of one (1) existing elevated water tower, drill and case one (1) new Well No. 6, construct a new Well House No. 6, and all related components to complete Part 1 of the project detailed within. Bidders on this work will be required to comply with the President's Executive Order Number 11246, "Notice of Requirement for Affirmative Action to Ensure Equal Employment Opportunity". Bidders on the work will be required to comply with Missouri Law and 10 CSR 60-13.020, the State prevailing wage rates, including fringe benefits, which are included in the Contract Documents. Bids shall be accompanied by Bidder's certified check or Bid Bond Guarantee in the amount of five percent (5%) of the Bid Price in accordance with 2 CFR 200.326(a). The contracts in Part 1 will be awarded based on the lowest, responsive, responsible bidder on the firm-price bid.
