New Headworks Facility for Preliminary Treatment of Raw Influent Wastewater. The Facility Shall Consist of Reinforced Concrete Flow Channel and Shallow Foundation System, 8 in Reinforced Cmu Walls, And Standing Seam Roof Over Galvanized Steel Decking Over Galvanized Steel Roof Trusses. Construction Shall Include All Mechanical and Electrical Improvements Necessary for a Complete and Functional Facility. Improvements Shall Include the Design, Fabrication, Installation, Start-up and Warranty of Complete Macerator-grinder and Fine Screen/washer Compactor Equipment Packages. Construction of a New Reinforced Concrete Secondary Clarifier Flow Splitter Structure to Include the Design, Fabrication, Installation, and Start-up of Flow Control Gates. Modifications to the Existing Tertiary Filtration Building to Afford the Installation of New Surface Filtration Equipment. Two Alternative Equipment Configurations Shall Be Considered for Implementation at The Site. Improvements for Each Alternative Shall Include the Design Fabrication, Installation, Start-up and Warranty of Complete Surface Filter Equipment Packages. Miscellaneous Electrical Improvements, to Include Refurbishment of the Existing Motor Control Center Equipment, Supply of a New Automatic Transfer Switch, a New Diesel Engine Driven Emergency Standby Generator Equipment Package and New Electrical Feeders to Supply New and Existing Processes.
