Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Dickson, Tennessee. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.

The Project includes the following Work: The scope of the work required under this contract includes furnishing and paying for all necessary labor, tools, and other items for site drainage improvements primarily consisting of demolition of existing asphalt and concrete, trench drain, pvc drain pipe, and excavation as required for the installation of the trench drain and pvc drain pipe, asphalt pavement repair within parking lot for approximately 35 yd 2 , sidewalk repair of approximately 20 S.F. concrete sidewalk, installation of parking lot paint striping as needed to return parking lot to existing condition, erosion control, and traffic control as needed. All pricing is to include items mentioned above as well as information in the Plans and Specifications in order to complete the project and turn it over to the Owner for his beneficial use. Questions received less than five days prior to the date for opening of Bids may not be answered Bids are requested for the following Contract: Dickson County Library Drainage Improvements For all further requirementsregarding bid submittal, qualifications, procedures, and contract award, refer to the Instructions to Bidders that are included in the Bidding Documents. Each bidder must deposit with their bid, security in the amount, form, and subject to the conditions provided in the Instructions to Bidders and other bidding documents. Any bid received after the scheduled closing time for receipt of bids will be returned to the bidder unopened. Bids will be required to remain open for acceptance or rejection for sixty (60) calendar days after the date of opening bids. No award of any contract will be made to any firm or individual that is currently debarred by the State of Tennessee or the Federal Highway Administration. Doc note: A hard copy may be obtained at the office of James + Associates at the above address, upon payment of $ 50.00 for each set. Any unsuccessful bidder and any non-bidder, upon returning each set promptly, within ten (10) days after bid opening and in good condition, will be refunded their payment, less $25.00. No deposits shall be returned after the allotted time. The successful bidder's deposit is prepayment for construction documents and will not be returned. Checks should be made payable to James + Associates. The Right to Reject Any or All Bids and to Waive Technicalities is Reserved by the Owner.
