Fire Protection Equipment Service Provide Inspection, Testing, Repair, Modification and Recharging Services for Fire Protection Equipment Located at the Authority's Northern, Central, Southern Water Pollution Control Facilities, and Fertilizer Manufacturing Division and any of the Pump and Lift Stations Located throughout Ocean County Bids must be submitted on forms prepared by the Authority. The Authority reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids or to waive any and all informalities or technicalities, if in the best interest of the Authority, including the right to reject a Bidder based upon poor prior experience. This contract will be awarded through a "Fair and Open" process pursuant to New Jersey Local Unit "Pay To Play" Law, Chapter 19, P.L. 2004 (as amended by P.L. 2005, c.51), N.J.S.A. 19:44A-20.4 et seq. Bidders are required to comply with the requirements of N.J.S.A. 10:5-31 and N.J.A.C 17:27, equal employment opportunities, P.L. 1977, c.33, corporate and/or partnership ownership and P.L. 2004, c.57, business registration of public contracts.
