Renovation of a library in Sesser, Illinois. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 41-square-foot library.
1. Work covered by the Base Bid is an approximately 41 square foot ADA toilet room renovation a. Demolition work will consist of the removal of existing fixtures, door, concrete slab to the extents needed for moving the sink and toilet and removing partition wall. b. New work will consist patching concrete floor, installing new flange, installing toilet and sink and running necessary sewage and water lines. Installing toilet accessories, grab bars, floor, ceiling, and wall finishes. 2. Work covered by the Alternate Bid includes all demolition and construction required a. Provide wall board for wall tile, wall tile, tile wall board. Bidders are required to hold bids binding for a minimum of 30 days from the date of bid opening. RFI's may only be submitted by the General Contractor and shall only be submitted on the RFI Form as required by the Owner. Any RFI's submitted, not on the official RFI Form will be returned to the Contractor unreviewed.
