Other related work shall include installing a utility-reinforced electrical service, dedicated switch gear, and panel distribution to new mechanical equipment, testing, balancing and commissioning of the new system, as well as preparing, restoring and cleaning the project area all in accordance with the plans and specifications as directed by the Engineer.
