Renovation of a stadium in Havertown, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 3,755-square-foot stadium.

The Project includes the selective demolition and subsequent reconstruction of existing locker room facilities at the Skatium. Specific work includes excavation and backfill for new subsurface utility installation, installation of new masonry walls, hollow metal doors and frames with associated hardware, painting, flooring, toilet partitions, toilet and bath accessories, locker room accessories, new toilets, sinks, and showers (with associated rough-in), adjustments to and installation of new mechanical equipment, new power and lighting in renovated areas. Bids will be received for the multiple-contract Project consisting of the following prime contracts: General building construction; Plumbing construction; Mechanical construction; Electrical construction. Prospective prime Bidders are encouraged to attend. Architect will provide responses at pre-bid conference to Bidders' questions received up to two business days prior to conference. Submit requests for clarification and interpretation using method indicated in Instructions to Bidders. No questions will be taken at the pre-bid conference. This project is subject to the Township's "Responsible Contractor Bidding Requirements". These requirements can be found on the Township's website at Online. These requirements apply to both the contractor and all sub-contractors, if applicable. Bidders must be properly licensed under the laws governing their respective trades. A Performance Bond, separate Labor and Material Payment Bond, and insurance in a form acceptable to Haverford Township will be required of the successful Bidder.
