Sludge Removal Bids must be properly and completely executed on the proposal forms furnished with the contract documents. Each bid shall be delivered in a sealed envelope, clearly marked on the outside with the name of the item being bid, and delivered to the Borough Clerk's office at the place designated. All bids must be accompanied by a Disclosure of Prohibited Investment form, a Federal Debarment form, a Contractor's Qualification Statement, non-collusion affidavit, a statement of ownership, and a New Jersey Business Registration Certificate. All bidders are required to comply with the requirements of P.L. 1975, Chapter 127, (NJAC 17:27) for affirmative action programs. No bid may be modified, withdrawn or canceled by the bidder for a period of sixty days subsequent to the opening of bids. The Borough Council reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to make such awards as may be in the best interest of the Borough of Bernardsville.
