PROJECT LOCATION: Fleets Branch stream between the pedestrian crossing upstream of L. Douglass Wilder Building (approximate upstream extents) and the MT Carter Building (approximate downstream extents) within the VSU Campus. QUESTIONS: Questions must be submitted in writing to the Procurement Office by October 18, 2024, at 12:00 p.m. An electronic message may be submitted to purchasing@petersburg-va.org.If necessary, an addendum will be issued and posted on the City website at online. It is the responsibility of the bidder to download any addenda. If there are addendums issued, the due date of the bid will be 10 days from the last issued addendum. If you a person an individual with a disability and require a reasonable accommodation, please notify: Procurement Office at (804) 733-2345 three (3) working days prior to need. This project shall require a Standard Performance and Standard Labor and Material Payment Bond This project will be funded with Federal funds administered through the United States Environmental Protection Agency and Department of Environmental Quality and therefore is subject to the Federal laws and regulations associated with each program. Pre bid meeting info : Contractors are also encouraged to visit the Fleets Branch Stream Restoration site on their own.
