Amendment 0001 posted 10/29/2024 addressing questions received, reference attachment. Work includes, but is not limited to: provide labor, materials, equipment and supervision necessary to extend the raised floor approximately 75 SF between the clerk and judge's bench, which will contain raceways/conduit for AV and electrical wiring and be able to support a mounted monitor. The courtroom will also be re-carpeted with approximately 185 SY of broadloom carpet, including moving courtroom furniture and disposing of the existing carpet. Work will take place in Courtroom 1 on the second floor at the US Courthouse, Sioux Falls, South Dakota. See attached solicitation for details. Reference Part II of the solicitation C201 for instructions on submitting proposals. The estimated price range for the Project is between $25,000 and $100,000 The Government will attempt to answer all requests for clarifications or interpretations of the Solicitation Documents prior to the date set for receipt of offers, but will not warrant that all such requests will be answered within 7 calendar days. Therefore, prospective Offerors should make such requests not less than 7 calendar days prior to the date set for receipt of offers.
