Nineteen Flags, LLC (Developer) requests formal bids for Northeast Basin Sanitary Sewer Improvements: Basin 24 Trank Sanitary Sewer at Mapleton Golf Course. Bidders shall be aware that while the City of Sioux Falls is administering the bid letting, contracts for construction will be directly with the Developer and Owner. The Developer and City of Sioux Falls reserves the right to reject any or all bids, waive technicalities, and make award(s) as deemed to be in the best interest of Sioux Falls, SD. This project is estimate at $353,000 and will be funded with CIP #23053.
