Site work for a civil project in Sioux Falls, South Dakota. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The City of Sioux Falls, SD, requests formal bids for Basin 15 EQ Basin and Lift Station, Phase 2C Extension Project. DBE/MBE and WBE goals for participation in this contract in terms of percentage of contract value are as follows: MBE 1.0 percent; WBE 4.0 percent. Each bid of $100,000 or greater must be accompanied by a bid bond in the amount of 10 percent of the amount of the bid, or in lieu thereof a certified check, cashier's check, or bank draft in the amount of 5 percent of the amount of the bid. Performance and payment bonds are required for all construction contracts totaling $50,000 or more.
