The Modular manufacturer will provide in-house or subcontract with an Architect to coordinate with Civil, MEP and structural consultants to deliver full project CD Package for submission to both city and State for review and approval to develop SB Hope Navigation Center. Goals for Minority and Female Participation in Timetables, Each Trade: 28.3%, 6.9% This construction project, which shall include asbestos remediation, is estimated to cost approximately $7- $8 Million. *The value for this project is based on a financial range.
