Chatham County is soliciting competitive bids from qualified contractors to provide all materials, supplies, equipment, tools, and labor required to furnish, and install flood lights at the Chatham County Sheriff Office (CCSO) Firing Range #4 and #5. Equivalents to specifications will not be accepted. MANDATORY ONSITE PRE-BID CONFERENCES and site visits has been scheduled to discuss the specifications and to resolve any questions and/or misunderstanding that may arise. There will be two (2) mandatory pre-bid conferences. Potential bidders will only be required to attend one. Each PRE-BID conference will be held in the Multi-Purpose Building at the Chatham County Sheriff Office Firing Range, 1050 Carl Griffin Dr., Savannah, Georgia 31405 (follow the "Chatham County Range Facility" signs, that are red with white lettering). Provide all materials, supplies, equipment, tools, and labor required to furnish, and install flood lights at the Chatham County Sheriff Office (CCSO) Firing Range #4 and #5, per bid specifications and scope of work. DEADLINE FOR ALL QUESTIONS is noted on the procurement portal under Project Details. Contractor will be responsible for providing all materials, supplies, equipment, tools, and labor required to furnish, and install flood lights at the Chatham County Sheriff Office (CCSO) Firing Range #4 and #5. 2. Provide and install new conduit, receptacles, switches and flood lights to existing poles. 3. Run minimum 1" conduit underground, and on the down range side of poles to nearest available electrical panel. 4. Awarded contractor will be responsible to verify all measurements. Goals established for this project are 30% combined MBE/WBE unless otherwise specified.
