The proposed work consists of providing all materials, equipment, and labor required to renovate existing terminal areas including truck gates, a reefer service area, and a reefer washdown area. Renovation will consist of demolition and removal of existing pavements and utilities, installing approximately 36 acres of pavements, grading, drainage, utilities, high-mast lighting, inbound and outbound gates with canopies, pavement markings, and other ancillary items as required to complete the work. The majority of the project will occur on a previously constructed subgrade. The project is located at the Ocean Terminal, Savannah, Georgia.
