Written questions shall be received no later than Noon on Tuesday, October 8, 2024, in order that responses can be provided to all bidders in advance of the bid due date. Partial sets of the Construction and Bid Submission Documents will be available from the issuing office. The Owner shall not be responsible for full or partial sets of Construction and Bid Submission Documents, including Addenda, if any, obtained from sources other than the issuing office. Bid security shall be furnished as stipulated in the project Specifications, Information for Bidders. Funding sources for the project will include local funding and a State of Maryland Department of Natural Resources (DNR) grant. The County Council of Talbot County, Maryland reserves the right to reject any or all bids, or to accept any bid, alternate, or any portions thereof when, in their judgment, the public will be better served.
