Bids are being sought from Contractors to provide all labor, materials, and equipment required to provide Maintenance of Traffic Services on an as-needed basis for traffic control applications in Sussex County, Delaware. These services will be utilized to support general utility inspection, maintenance, repair, and emergency response activities by Sussex County staff. Contract Term: 1,095 Consecutive Calendar Days Each Bid must be accompanied by a bid guarantee equivalent to Ten (10) percent of the amount of the Base Bid. The bid guarantee may be a certified check or a Bid Bond secured by a surety authorized to do business in Delaware. All Contractor questions must be submitted in writing to Paul Mauser, P.E. of the Engineering Department at Paul.Mauser@sussexcountyde.gov no later than September 20 th at 5:00 PM, EST. Any questions received after that time will not be answered or addressed. Emails should note Maintenance of Traffic in the subject line. All questions will be answered via a written Addendum by close of business on September 25 th . Sussex County reserves the right to waive irregularities and reject any or all bids.
