Award will be at a public meeting of the Zionsville Park and Recreation Board at a future date to be determined. The project will be a single lump sum bid and shall include, but is not limited to, clearing and grading, earthwork, asphalt drive, asphalt and rustic trail, restroom/shelter pavilion, amphitheater, concrete sidewalk, boardwalk, pedestrian bridge, signage, storm drainage, and planting. This project is partially funded by the federal Land and Water Conservation Fund (all relevant provisions apply). Article XXI; Build America, Buy America Regulations apply. This project is partially funded by the federal Land and Water Conservation Program (LWCF). All relevant provisions of the LWCF program apply to this project. The Zionsville Park and Recreation Board and the Town of Zionsville reserve the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any irregularity in the bids and in the bidding process. Bids may be held for a period not exceeding sixty (60) days from the date of the opening of the bids for purpose of awarding the Contract. A Five Percent (5%) Bid Bond and signed Non-collusion Affidavit shall be submitted with the bid and a one hundred percent (100%) Performance Bond and a Payment Bond shall be delivered to the owner within ten (10) days after the contract has been awarded.
