As of November 1, 2024,this project has not yet been awarded. The project is expected to be awarded on November 18, 2024. Notice to Bidders The Village of Skokie is now accepting sealed PROPOSALS for Skokie Police Department HVAC Replacement Bidders will be required to certify that for all work to be performed pursuant to the Contract Documents, at least the prevailing rate of wages as found and determined by the Illinois Department of Labor for Cook County will be paid to all workers and employees working on the project. Questions regarding the RFP process should be forwarded to Michael Aleksic, Assistant Finance Director, at Michael.aleksic@skokie.org or 847-933-8240. Any bid or proposal submitted unsealed, unsigned, faxed, emailed or received after the due date and time will be disqualified and returned to the bidder. The Village of Skokie reserves the right to reject any and all bids or parts thereof, to waive any irregularities or informalities in bidding procedures and to award the contract in a manner best serving the interest of the Village.
