Demolition, site work and renovation of a mixed-use development in Groton, Connecticut. Design plans call for the renovation of a educational facility; and for site work for a playground / park / athletic field.

A master planner has been selected. The Owner will released a RFQ for a consultant. Design will begin in May 2026 and last 6 months.
