The Work includes, but is not limited to, all work necessary for the modernization of existing hydraulic elevators, upgrades to HVAC, electric and life safety devices, and touch-up of adjacent finishes disturbed by replacement work. The Work also includes the removal and replacement of elevator cab finishes and related components.
