A. The scope of work to be done under this Contract consists of the furnishing of all materials and the construction, complete in place, for the Alpha Ridge Landfill Leachate Pump Stations Improvements project, including but not limited to; demolition and removal of existing structural, mechanical, electrical, communication, and instrumentation and control components, and installing new components, testing, site work, and miscellaneous appurtenances as shown on contract documents, and incidental work. B. Incidental items of work as shown on the Contract Drawings shall be as specified herein, or as directed by the Engineer. C. The plans and specifications are intended to cover a complete project for the Alpha Ridge Landfill Leachate Pump Stations Improvements including demolition, removing of old components, and installation and testing of new components. The drawings and technical Specifications indicate work to be completed. It should be distinctly understood that failure to mention specifically any work that would naturally be required to complete the project shall not relieve the Contractor of his responsibility to perform such work. D. The Contractor shall confine his operation within the limits of new work to be done as indicated on the drawings and to any other areas as approved by the Engineer for storage or disposal of material, access and other features required for performing the work.
