Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Fredericton, New Brunswick. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.
The proposed Work the construction of approximately 900 metres of multi-use trail, 120 metres of guide rail, 35 metres of concrete culvert pipe, clearing, grubbing, stripping, placement of granulars, concrete pad and curbing, asphalt reinstatement and landscaping. Each Bid must be accompanied by a Bid bond or certified cheque in lieu thereof in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the Tender Price (including H.S.T.). Subject to the Contract Documents, the successful Bidder shall be required to provide Performance Guarantees as specified in the Tender Documents and in compliance with the Construction Remedies Act S.N.B. 2020, c. 29. Contractors responding to this Notice of Tender are advised that Contract Documents may be obtained from the New Brunswick Opportunities Network website. Deadline to Submit Questions: October 3, 2024 5:00 PM Local Time The Bid that is compliant with Phase I mandatory requirements hereunder and contains the lowest or any Bid Price will not necessarily be accepted by the City.
